Biography
Ednelson Teresa is an entrepreneur, advertising professional, author, and speaker, with more than 21 years of experience in marketing, sales, consumer behavior, and business development, 14 of them leading a marketing and advertising agency in Limeira, São Paulo, where he led positioning, communication, and growth strategies for companies across different industries.
He is the author of the book Escalando Negócios com o Método V.E.N.D.A.S. and of articles published in Brazil and abroad on consumer behavior, neuromarketing, and its application to business.
He now serves as CMO of Consultomaq USA, a company with over a decade of experience and a track record of selling food-industry machines in more than 50 countries, recognized as the largest snack-machine company in Latin America. He leads the company's operations across the United States, Canada, and Central America, with successful exports to more than a dozen countries across five continents: Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, and France), the Americas (Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Argentina), Asia (Indonesia), Africa (Nigeria), and Oceania (Australia and New Zealand).
He holds a technical degree in Business Administration, complemented by a continuous path of professional development in management, marketing, advertising, sales, leadership, communication, and technology applied to business, with courses and certifications in digital advertising platforms, research strategies, video and display media, agency management and growth, leadership, public speaking, data processing, and visual creation and communication tools. He is currently in the second year of an undergraduate degree in Theology.
In recent years, he has closely followed the reality of immigrants who find in entrepreneurship a path to financial and professional rebuilding. Through consulting, training, speaking engagements, and business guidance, he helps small producers better understand topics such as business structuring, productivity, positioning, pricing, and sustainable growth.
He is a co-author of the book Mentes Imigrantes, Volume II, where he writes Chapter 10, "Empreender quando não existe outra opção" ("Entrepreneurship When There's No Other Option"), addressing the emotional, financial, and professional challenges faced by those trying to build a business in a new country. Ednelson lives in Tampa, Florida, United States.
